You do NOT need a doctor to have these tests done. I’ve been using Direct Labs for years and have been very pleased. You pay for the test and a requisition credit is applied to your account. Whenever you decide to have the blood tests, log back in and print out the requisition. Take the form to any Quest Diagnostics facility. Log in again to print the PDF results supplied by Quest.
